Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be stored in your jewellery box. Be careful not to expose your jewellery to any chemicals such as household cleaners, cosmetics and perfumes as these could cause damage and discolouration to your jewellery. Avoid wearing when exercising, swimming or bathing.

Take care whilst cleaning your jewellery with gem stones as exposure to moisture may affect them. Cleaning is best done with a non-abrasive silver polishing cloth or seek professional help.

About The Jewellery

Each item is lovingly hand crafted so products may vary slightly. Jewellery that has been plated on sterling silver as the base metal. It has been authenticated by the London Assay Office following all legal requirements. We take great care to ensure that all information about products, prices, are up-to-date, accurate and reliable. However, errors may occur and we apologise if any information on the site is inaccurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information at any time, including after you have placed your order. We reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

By placing an Order you agree to a Contract for the sale of Goods, when you receive an email from us confirming the Order. You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract.

Any quotation for bespoke items is valid for a maximum period of 10 days from its date.

Packaging & Delivery

Please be assured that customer satisfaction is of paramount importance and every effort will be made to make sure that every piece sent out reaches you in perfect condition. Jewellery will be securely packaged in a branded box with sufficient protective packaging to protect the goods whilst in transit.

UK orders are generally delivered by Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery, depending on the item. Please email for a tracking number, if relevant. UK delivery prices start at £5.00 and take approximately 3-5 days for delivery, subject to stock availability. Europe & the rest of the world prices start from £10 and please allow 3-14 days for delivery. Purchases over £100.00, delivery is free and is tracked. Any goods ordered that are not in stock the customer will be offered an option of placing the goods on a back order. We reserve the right to cancel the goods on back order.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact victoria@tsu-lin.com in the first instance or we offer a 14 days refund or exchange policy. All items must to be returned and carefully re-packaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. Exemptions from our refund policy include: commission pieces, goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or in their original condition. We are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty due to health and safety laws. Any returns after the 14 days shall be at the discretion of Tsu-Lin. All items returned are at the customers responsibility and it is recommended to use a delivery service that insures for the value of the goods. Tsu-Lin cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

To arrange a return please email victoria@tsu-lin.com quoting your name, address, details of the product and the reason for the return. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of return. The same process applies to international returns and Tsu-Lin does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please use a secure and tracked service. If a customs form is needed please mark the goods as returned item such that no additional custom fees are incurred.

In the unlikely event of supplying your order incorrectly in any way, customers must contact Tsu-Lin immediately providing full details of the order date and item description. We will endeavour to correct the situation immediately.

Late & Lost Deliveries

Please contact victoria@tsu-lin.com if your delivery has been delayed and we will provide you with a tracking number such that you will be able to locate your parcel.

We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider. We accept payment online by all major credit and debit cards via the secure payment provider. Payment can also be made using Paypal. We do not share information with third parties and will only use lawfully collected information in accordance with The Data Protection act 1998. From time to time we may send you information which may be of interest to you.
